Especially Needed Annual Sponsorship

Especially Needed invites your organization to become a sponsor and support our mission. For the past 12 years, Especially Needed has hosted several events that are attended by hundreds of families in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The primary reasons they attend is because 1) we create a fun and exciting environment where everyone feels relaxed and welcomed, and 2) we invite vendors who provide beneficial information and resources to families with unique needs. Sponsors play an essential role in making all of our events possible including covering expenses for games, food, the venue, bounce houses, clowns, trains, petting zoo and much more. Especially Needed is committed to building a strong community where individuals with special needs are valued, respected and included, so please consider becoming annual sponsor by going to https://enannualsponsors.eventbrite.com.

We offer Annual Sponsorships, Event Sponsorships and an Annual Vendor Booth option. The Annual Sponsorships include a vendor booth at our spring and fall events, plus many many many ongoing mass marketing opportunities to families who need your information the most, throughout the year. The Event Sponsorships also include a vendor booth to one of our events, and is a great option for marketing your company to our families. Especially Needed will be distributing a quarterly newsletter to our families. Each newsletter will contain an interview with one of our amazing families, helpful information and marketing space. Below is a detailed outline of benefits of each sponsorship level: 

Annual Sponsor Level 1 - $5,000: Website Logo & Company Info & Hyperlink on Especially Needed website for 12 months- 24 Posts on Especially Needed Social Media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) pages over 12 months- Your company Logo and Article in 6 Especially Needed newsletters (semi-monthly)- Vendor Booth at the Fall Carnival and the Easter Eggstravaganza (includes banner - if space allows in the venue, preferred placement, materials distributed at event)- Recognized Event Sponsor

Annual Sponsor Level 2 - $3,500: Website Logo & Company Info & Hyperlink on Especially Needed website for 6 months- 12 Posts on Especially Needed Social Media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) pages over 12 months- Your company Logo and Article in 3 Especially Needed newsletters (semi-monthly)- Vendor Booth at the Fall Carnival and the Easter Eggstravaganza (includes banner - if space allows in the venue, materials distributed at event)- Recognized Event Sponsor

Annual Sponsor Level 3 - $2,000: Website Logo & Company Info on Especially Needed website for 3 months- 6 Posts on Especially Needed Social Media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) pages over 6 months- Your company Logo and Article in 1 Especially Needed newsletter (semi-monthly)- Vendor Booth at the Fall Carnival and the Easter Eggstravaganza (materials distributed at event)- Recognized Sponsor

Event Sponsor Level 1 - $1,000: Website Logo on Especially Needed website for 2 months- 3 Posts on Especially Needed Social Media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) pages over 3 months- Your company Logo and Contact Information in 1 Especially Needed newsletter (semi-monthly)- Choice of a Vendor Booth at the Fall Carnival OR the Easter Eggstravaganza

Event Sponsor Level 2 - $500: Website Logo on Especially Needed website for 1 month- 1 Post on Especially Needed Social Media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) pages over 1 month- Choice of a Vendor Booth at the Fall Carnival OR the Easter Eggstravaganza

Vendor Booth Level 1 - $225: Vendor Booth at both the Easter Eggstravaganza and Fall Carnival 

Santa Claus / Easter Bunny / Balloon Artist Sponsor $350: Sponsor the entertainment for an upcoming event. Website Logo on Especially Needed website for 1 month- 1 Post on Especially Needed Social Media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) pages over 1 month

Candy / Cookies / Water / Prizes Sponsor - $50: Sponsor candy, cookies, prizes or supplies for an upcoming event

Sign-up today to become a sponsor at https://enannualsponsors.eventbrite.com. As soon as you sign-up, you will receive a confirmation letter and an Especially Needed board member will contact you. If you want your annual sponsorship to begin with the Easter Eggstravaganza in April or Fall Carnival in October, please sign-up before those events begin. Depending on your sponsorship level, your company’s information will become available to our families asap, so the sooner you can sign-up the better!  If you prefer to mail your sponsor payment, please complete the online form and send your check to: Especially Needed, Attn: Sponsorship, 9134 Whispering Meadows, Celina 75009 and include your company contact information.  If you’re only participating in one event, please register here: https://www.especiallyneeded.org/. If you require specific accommodations for your set up, please provide this information as well during registration. All monies for each sponsorship level go directly to support the events and activities we provide throughout the year for individuals with special needs and their families.
